They are extremely responsive, very accommodating, negotiated a great price for me since I found both slabs at one location, and super fast. From first call to install was 1 week for an entire kitchen and large wet bar. The most impressive part was they way they handled swapping out a sink during the install because I chose the wrong color. I can't thank them enough for their care and professionalism.
