  Madison Lewis was our technician. Madison was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. First time at our residence. He asked questions and went to work diagnosing the issue with a/c unit. When he was through with diagnosing issues he cam to my wife and I and we discussed our situation. He then gave us our options. Once our decision was made Madison went to work and completed the repair. A/C is working again and house is cooling. I would also like to thank the kind lady who I spoke with to setup this appointment. She was so kind and relatable. I apologize that I can’t remember her name at this time but know that I will remember next time I speak to her. Thank you. Best of all the house is cooling great. You need that in Texas when you have heat waves in January.

  Madison performed his maintenance work on our unit very professionally and timely. He went over the inspection report with us and made recommendations for preventative maintenance. He was courteous polite and did not pressure us to do anything extra.

  Not only is this a great company, they have a great team working with them. Their continued customer service & friendliness are refreshing in a time when that has become less & less common. They treat us like we’re friends not just customers.

  Madison is an outstanding member of the Apache team. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Madison was professional and personable, and even kind enough not to moan at my worst puns! We look forward to working with him again.

  I have had Apache install multiple HVAC systems for me through the years. I did a complete gut remodel on a house and had Apache put in a new HVAC system for it this past spring/summer. Everything was fine till switching the system to heat. I notified Apache and they came out and checked everything and then told me that to continue would now be a service call and I would need to pay a minimum $115 for him to continue diagnosing the problem. I asked about all of the system being under warranty since this system is brand new and installed by them. I was told they would not warranty the existing thermostat wire which was the source of the problem. literally 5 minutes after paying the $115 service call fee i was presented with an $1,100 proposal for them to run new thermostat wire. I declined and opted to run the wire myself which I completed for $100 in wire and 1.5 hours of my time. I understand that the existing wire is not Apache's, but when they came out to quote the project, during the installation, or after starting the unit there were no concerns from Apache about it. I would not recommend using Apache, and they have lost me as a customer.
