Our recent experience (Dec 2025) with Brandon and his team at Urgent Foundation Repair (UFR) was exceptional from start to finish. Our two-story, 4,200-sq-ft home was built in 1997. The home began showing serious foundation issues— wall cracks, sticking doors, and shifting around windows—that appeared alarmingly fast. Having owned the home for less than two years, we didn’t know where to turn and tried fervently not to panic.
After seeing countless recommendations on Facebook, my husband called UFR, and Brandon answered immediately (literally on the second ring)! Even after a full workday, Brandon and Brian came to our home that same evening—an early sign of their outstanding customer service and commitment to excellence.
After a thorough evaluation, Brandon confirmed what we feared: the home needed a full house lift. While the news was difficult, it was clear he was honest, knowledgeable, and not upselling unnecessary work. He brought in the right professionals, explained everything clearly, and earned our complete trust. He did not walk around with a fancy iPad in one hand and a calculator in the other.
This was a major project. The UFR team created multiple tunnels under our home, installed about 25 steel piers down to (or as far as they could drive them) to the bedrock, and lifted the entire structure. Two plumbing leaks were discovered and addressed during the process, and we were not hit with any “surprise, gotcha” costs.
Despite the massive scope—for reference: there were about seven large 5-foot-high dirt and soil piles, heavy equipment, and just over a week of work—the crew (about 20 skilled workers) protected our property with tarps, worked consistently full days (8 am – 5 pm), and thoroughly cleaned everything before leaving.
Throughout the project, Brandon and team members like Brian, Ruben, Gabe, and Memo kept us informed every step of the way. Brandon, Ruben, and Memo were here the most and were incredibly patient and kind, answering repeated questions with the same care each time. We always felt like a priority, even though they were simultaneously helping many other families across DFW at CHRISTMAS TIME!
Foundation repair is stressful, expensive, and requires a huge amount of trust. While this project wasn’t cheap, we are confident we were treated fairly and that the work was done right the first time. Brandon did not nickel and dime us like MOST companies are known to do. Unfortunately, many of the foundation repair companies in our area are known for cutting corners and/or overselling unnecessary products —UFR does neither.
If you want an honest assessment, quality workmanship, clear communication, precise attention to detail, fast response times, and a lifetime warranty, we wholeheartedly recommend you contact Brandon and the Urgent Foundation Repair team right away! Your home's foundation and your resale value will thank you!
Thank you again, Brandon and UFR. Our family will forever be grateful to you all for saving our beautiful home! We wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year!
