  David Gomez, was very professorial, and very knowledgeable. He also let me know about the new parts he put in my bathroom fixtures. I would definitely use your company again, and I also will recommend to my friends.

  Regarding your request, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the service. Your technician did not wear “footies”, and left the bathroom floor dirty and wet. In addition, we were surprised to be charged for both a service call and repair. In our experience, service call fee is included in the repair cost.

  5 stars. Excellent service, on time and very professional. Explained everything that was done and why - but in everyday language without being condescending (which I really appreciated). I would highly suggest using their services!
