  Colton at RestoPros was very professional and trustworthy - always promptly answered my calls or texts and tried to address any concerns I had. He worked hard to save me money and did. The job took longer than it should have, primarily due to subs - which is why 4 stars instead of 5. But I am pleased with the final outcome.

  Their crew was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They went above and beyond not only fixing the problem but making sure everything looked even better than before. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take the time to do the job right instead of cutting corners. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and they kept me updated on progress every step of the way. If you ever need restoration work done in the Tyler or Longview area, don’t waste your time calling anyone else RestoPros is the real deal. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, stress free experience. I can’t recommend them enough!
