  I recently had my water heaters serviced, including flushing and regular maintenance, and I am very happy with the service provided by Marcos Contreras. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. What I appreciated the most was his clear communication. He explained each step of the process, why the maintenance was needed, and answered all my questions patiently. The work was done thoroughly and professionally, and everything was left clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy water heater maintenance. Great service overall.

  Had an emergency behind the wall plumbing leak. Parobek sent Nicolas extremely quickly. He was courteous and professional, explaining our available options. Due to the nature of the leak and age of our house, we opted to have the whole house re-plumbed (replacing copper plumbing with PEX). Nick capped the leak (on a Friday), and the re-plumb started Monday morning! John and Eddie were excellent--knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. John kept us informed about everything going on and the timeline. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and went above and beyond to get the job done efficiently and ahead of schedule and made sure it was done to perfection. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience with Nick, John, Eddie and Parobek Plumbing! Would definitely recommend their services.

  Please Read this review ! When I called Parobek on a Saturday because I was having a Cooling emergency, it was going to be a 93 degree day. I first Spoke with Amaris who answered the phone. She was of course professional, but she was also kind and compassionate as I explained what had happened and what my needs were. She said she would see if she could get someone out to me that day, and call me back. I was so distraught I was calling other companies who just had voicemail instead of an actual person. The one that called me back quoted me a price for trip charge that was more than twice what Amaris had quoted. She called me back in less than an hour to say Anthony was on his way shortly. Thank You Amaris! Now let's talk about Anthony! You could not hope for a better Tech ! He was everything you need, smart, knowledgable, but also Kind and compassionate. He figured out the problem in a very short time, and it turned out to be a relatively quick and easy fix. He did however discover some attention which my system required and was able to do that as well. I requested a quote for some maintenance related issues which he also sent to me very quickly. The pricing was all very fair and much less than other companies charge. I want to also mention that although my problem was not a very bad one, it WAS Keeping my AC from working and as I am experiencing some medical issues which require me to be on oxygen among other things, it really is critical for me at this time to have working heat and AC without fail. Parobek gave me Superior and fantastic service, and will be my Go-to for all future needs. And I will always know I am safe and in good hands when I see Anthonys smiling face in my home. A lot of the time, when God gives us a miracle, it comes through a kind person or people. Im very grateful to this Company and know that I was divinely guided to them. Thank you Parobek, Anthony and Aramis for your Kind, efficient and compassionate assistance.

  Don’t know if I can say enough about everyone who came out to help with our problems. Mason, Ben, Joe, Marcos, Logan. Great experience. Really professional, affable, efficient, engaging. On time, great communication. Excellent work. What else can you ask for? Had to add to this review. Last Friday Cody and Carlos came out and installed our whole house water filter. Great job, just like everybody else. Knowledgeable, explained the whole process, smooth install. Great experience. And then today Nick came out to make sure everything we've had done was done right and that we were happy with the work. Personable and interested. A really professional experience all the way around!

  This afternoon Anthony came to give my AC unit its semiannual checkup. He is quite a personable young man and we enjoyed a nice visit while he checked the unit. I appreciate that he was thorough and pronounced the inside part of the unit to be in excellent condition. We talked about air quality and what could be done to make the unit more efficient. Once he was finished going over the unit, he offered suggestions that would help my unit last longer and allow it to work with less effort. Never did I feel I was being given a hard sell, rather that these improvements were offered as opportunities most likely to save me money in the long run. Once I decided the route I wanted to take, Anthony set to work installing the new features. He worked quietly and efficiently. I have and will continue to use Parobek Plumbing exclusively. Their rates may seem a bit on the high side, but I know the quality of their work and it's worth every penny. Their technicians are a delight to have taking care of my plumbing and air conditioning needs. They are so knowledgeable and discuss my needs in easy to understand language. Today I feel I made a new friend, one I will call on the next time a need arises.
