  I have a three tank low pressure septic system that could no longer pump water up into the leach field. After Vernon‘s people verified, the pump was running strong. They advised me that the Leitchfield was clogged and needed to be flushed out. They realized I was in a tough spot without a running Septic system and scheduled me in for the next morning. By three in the afternoon, the job was complete including caps on either end of the Leitchfield so in the future, I could do the flush the field myself. They really saved the day!

  I was initially given a quote for 3,000.00 to fix my septic. After I approved, the owner called me back explaining there was a miscommunication with his tech and the cost would not be 3k. The total ended up being 800.00. They could have charged me the 3k and I would not have known any better. This type of honesty is rare and the reason they should be on the top of your septic install\repair list.

  Vernon knew his stuff. Called him out for an inspection to see about signing up for a service contract. He was available the next day and was able to come out earlier than expected. Texted me to make sure it was ok first. Went over the whole system explaining the basics. He explains some issues and improvements that he could do or that I could do myself. It's nice that they have an office and you can get parts through him also. He explained some of his licenses and certifications. He just gained a new customer.

  Vernon made us feel like we could trust him from the beginning and we are truly happy we gave him a shot. He is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job!
