  I have a three tank low pressure septic system that could no longer pump water up into the leach field. After Vernon‘s people verified, the pump was running strong. They advised me that the Leitchfield was clogged and needed to be flushed out. They realized I was in a tough spot without a running Septic system and scheduled me in for the next morning. By three in the afternoon, the job was complete including caps on either end of the Leitchfield so in the future, I could do the flush the field myself. They really saved the day!

  Vernon and crew did an excellent job constructing my pipe and gravel leach fields (gravity drain) to replace my failing plastic "chamber" drain-lines. The Bastrop community is very lucky to have such a professional, that is very knowledgeable of the trade, high standards, superb communication, physical business office, and reasonably priced (I was so impressed I paid him extra). They obtained a proper design by a licensed sanitarium, worked with the county for permits and inspections. They made the excavation and construction look easy, always checking elevation with laser transit to ensure the proper slope/s. As a retired engineer, I'm often underwhelmed or many times disappointed in SOME aspect of a project such as this. In this case, EVERYTHING was perfect (start to finish). Well done and thank you!!!

  Our first experience with Vernon Tuck’s company. Got several recommendations to use them. Professional and knowledgeable. Have very old septic with poor hand drawing of fields. They organized pumping of tank and they did repair of broken pipe. Great communication. They provided advice on what needed immediate attention and what will likely need future attention. Told us what we can be doing to mitigate future issues. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others..

  Vernon Tuck saved us from septic disaster ... we recently bought a home in Cedar Creek and after 2 months or so started having septic issues. They ended up being catastrophic and we had to replace the entire system - Vernon and his team explained the whole process and took care of everything. He was even thoughtful enough to devise a means to save a tree that was somewhat in the way. He and his team are seriously hard working, made sure to stick with the schedule, and did a great job.
