  I want to share the incredible experience my mother had with this company. Justin Whitlow came out to help with her hot water heater, and he was truly outstanding. He was patient, kind, and explained every option clearly. He even gave me a discount card to use with their AC technician to help my mom save money, which meant so much to us. While Justin was working, my mom’s AC suddenly went out. Justin immediately called another technician from the same company, and Anthony Maldonado arrived quickly. Anthony was just as amazing — he found the issue right away, honored the discount Justin provided, and even offered an additional discount to help my mom since she’s elderly and struggling. He worked fast and was incredibly attentive, making sure she didn’t sit in the heat any longer than necessary. Both Justin and Anthony showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and integrity. They treated all of us like family, and that kind of care is rare. They spent their personal time just making sure we were okay, explained many options so we could find peace with it all. I just can’t thank these two men enough for everything they did. They truly went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful. Highly recommend this team.

  Jarrett was awesome! Friendly and straightforward through the entire process. We didn’t feel like we were getting taken advantage of. He was very informative about our homes HVAC system on what needed to be repaired and even offered insight on potential upgrades we can make to improve our system. All without pushing us in one direction or another. Very happy with the results today. We will be using Parokbek again!

  Eric Nolff from Parobek replaced the filters and UV light to the Kind Water System and did a systems check of the Hot Water Heater. He also noted that the outlet for the hot water heater wasn’t up to current standards and that the water spigots didn’t have freeze misers.

  Excellent, reputable company! I have had ongoing issues with my water softening company over the past yr as well as pressure issues that could not be diagnosed over multiple visits. Parobek came out once and was able to give a thorough and concise reason for all the problems I have been experiencing..for no charge! they also cleaned my drain as part of their maintenance program, well worth their monthly fee. They have earned my trust, can't recommend them enough!

  Andres yi and andreas garcia were our hvac techs and they were so kind and helpful answered all my questions and even went over some ways to help our systems at home both were efficient and professional also did amazing work and went above and beyond for us. Cody the comfort consultant was amazing helped us understand the prices and what we were paying for, he was so understanding and patient even with my stressful family member who came in hot. He completely handled the situation amazingly. Hat off to the whole team. We Will definitely be coming back to this company for any further work. I did call the company to leave this comment for management so they can give these guys proper acknowledgement of their amazing work.
