  I had an outstanding experience with our HVAC technician Anthony and couldn’t be more pleased with the results.   I had a pretty frustrating experience with Parobek Plumbing. I received a text on Sunday confirming that a technician would arrive Monday between 8:00–8:30 AM for an estimate, and I confirmed that I would be there. I even took time off work to make sure I could meet them. Monday morning came around and by 8:50 AM no one had shown up, and I hadn’t received any call or text saying they were running late. Since I had already waited past the arrival window and had to get to work, I left. About five minutes later, at 8:55 AM, I got a call from the technician saying he was at my front door and that he had been stuck in traffic. My issue isn’t that things happen — traffic happens to everyone — but the complete lack of communication. If you know you’re running late, it takes 10 seconds to send a text or make a quick call to let the customer know. Instead, I took time off work, waited past the scheduled window, and only heard from them after I had already left. First impressions matter, especially when you’re deciding who to trust with work on your home. If a company can’t communicate properly or show up on time for a simple estimate, it’s a huge red flag and doesn’t inspire confidence in doing business with them.

  BRYCE gave us exceptional service on 3/12/26. He thoroughly explained everything & showed us his camera findings. On 10/21/25 & 10/23/25, we had the pleasure of meeting & receiving help from MASON with 2 different problems he was able to figure out!! On 10/23/25 & 10/24/25, JACOB & JOSEPH fixed the problems that MASON was able to diagnose. We are SUPER happy with PAROBEK and will definitely give them a call with our next plumbing or AC problem 😊 PS: Kudos to GAIL who answered the phone, is super nice, and got us the help we needed ASAP!   My son called parobek as I recommended them as I've used them before many years ago, hes a young new home owner that has several large plumbing issues among other ones, so I wanted to be there to help out. We were greeted by a plumber named Justin I met him at his vehicle as he was pulling in, and i was immediately hit with a overwhelming oder of marijuana when he opened the door. This automatically made me apprehensive but being how badly my son needed a plumber to diagnose the issues I put my feelings aside and let him continue. He did some test on our water and sewer pipes and came back with a outrageous estimate which had no flexibility on price and still brought up how we should join this new monthly subscription service parobek now offers. We said we had to think about it and still had to pay 75$ for his time, i called a local competitor which did come to the same conclusions on diagnostics, but was much more flexible on pricing, as well as giving us a free estimate.

  Had a whole shopping list of repairs. Waylon and Jacob addressed every issue took their time with me and answered questions. Answered even questions that were added, as we went along in the process of going over the repairs and the systems. Professional, Thorough and Efficient. Set up for the install team to come back and complete repairs. Kevin and Marcos came out to do repairs and installs. They both Patiently addressed additional questions, explained any issues that arose. But both teams sat down and took the time to explain things and discuss options before the process was even begun. Left repair areas in clean or better condition than when they arrived.
