  I called Parobek out to look at my AC drain as it was backed up, luckily my husband and I were able to clear it ourselves before they got here. John Solis came out and immediately knew the cause of why it was backing up. He was very informative and super knowledgeable. He also was nice enough to show us how to care for our unit and maintain our drain so that we have as little issues as possible. I highly recommend Parobek for your HVAC needs as they offer top of the line service and have a helpful attitude!

  Anthony was very great. Parobek is always on top of their customer service. Anthony was a great representation of the company. He was very personable and knowledgeable on HVAC work. He made me some great custom options that fit me and my lifestyle the best. Today we upgraded my old thermostat that was falling off the wall. He went above and beyond and helped me take my old cat tower down to the dumpster. I highly recommended asking for him personally when needing AC or heater work. Thank yall so much, I can’t thank yall enough. Highly recommend for the Bastrop county, and surrounding areas! ♥️

  Logan with Parobek Plumbing came out to snake our sink drain. He was professional and very informative. Logan explained everything well and cleaned up when he was finished. Our sink is draining perfectly. I will definitely use them again!

  My Parobek HVAC/furnace tech was excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix my inducer motor. We were thinking it may need a new motor and then we realized, it was some blockage. Shout out to John for doing the extra check before we could’ve potentially spent thousands… Great service.

  Bait and switch, over priced. We went without water all weekend and called Parobek to get an estimate, I was quoted $75.00 over the phone for an estimate, when the technician finally came out late that day, he said no the the estimate cost was 3 time the price quoted, it was $225.00 to get an estimate which I had already identified the problem was next to the meter. He insisted that I pay $225.00 for the estimate or he would leave. This was late on day three of no water. I felt that I had to agree or spend at least one more day (4 days) without water to get another plumber out, so I agreed to the price increase. The technician dug a small hole where I had told him the water was leaking. He then said to fix it it would be upwards of $900.00 to repair the 10 inch piece of pipe. I’m old and disabled and knowing that I couldn’t do the repair because it was lower than I could physically get and needing water, I reluctantly agreed to the price since for him to leave it would already cost me and $225.00 and after talking to him, I was sure he would fill the hole because I wouldn’t pay over $900.00. Either way I would have been out at least $225.00 for basically nothing. I felt so manipulated and conned when it was over. I would never give Parobek a recommendation to anyone. As for me, never again not with Parobek.
