  (Beware!!) I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I hired them to replace a failing water heater and paid extra for an extended warranty. After the installation was completed, I was informed that the technician failed to check my water pressure beforehand. I was then told my pressure is too high and that the warranty I purchased may not cover the unit because of it. This was acknowledged as their mistake and something that should have been checked BEFORE completing the job, not after. I was then quoted a price to install a pressure regulator valve that was nearly four times higher than quotes I received from other companies, which raises serious concerns about their pricing practices. To make matters worse, I initially provided a check but forgot to sign it. After they contacted me, I promptly paid by credit card. Despite this, they still cashed the unsigned check, resulting in duplicate payment. Between the lack of basic due diligence, inflated pricing, and billing issues, this experience was unacceptable. I would not trust this company with future work and would not recommend them to others. If you do choose to use them, make sure they check your water pressure before any installation is completed.

  They were wonderful came out to do the one simple task I asked him to do. Instantly tagged with a $150 upcharge. The gentleman said it was because it was going to be warrantied. Once there was flow in the pipe he did not actually clear it. I couldn't grant him access to my crawl space. That voided the warranty, yet not the extra $150 up charge! I am in a debate whether to contact them to tell The job actually was never complete. I'm sure they send a check out and charge me for it. So then it gets not a service guy to charge me more. Thank you for being like the ruthless people on social media that, "up-charge" Also huge vote of distrust, You're coming out to the call ask to do a very simple job You have to step off four times to call your supervisor. Are you a plumber? Do not know what you're doing? Or you just want an excuse to upcharge? For anybody else who just needs a simple service in plumbing please do not allow these people in your property!
