My Credit Card was charged for days I didn't have the machinery. When I ask they would transfer me to another department until I finally gave up. I rented a lift and trailer the first 2 days and returned it. They charged me for the trailer., lift and went as far as to charge me for straps and a tie down that I could buy cheaper at Home Depot. Returned the next week and this time to save money I bought a trailer that wasn't much more than they rented me for the first 2 days. I rented the lift only, but they charged me for the same as they did before. Once again I asked for an explanation and after 4 transfers I gave up. I paid somewhere around 1200.00 for the rental of a 10 foot trailer,, tie downs, road taxes, ratchet, and 12?foot lift. I don't believe I'll go back.
