  This is a mixed review and I'm trying to be as fair as I can when writing it. We had a shower valve cartridge fail the other evening and the shower basically wouldn't turn off. As an engineer, I can do a lot with plumbing but not knowing exactly how to find the right cartridge and how to remove/replace it, I decided to get a plumber, but had already disassembled the faucet to the point that the cartridge was easily removed/replaced. I called Radiant and they sent someone out the next morning as promised between 8 and 12 (probably closer to 9 or 9:30 which was great). The guy was super nice and replaced the cartridge and reassembled the faucet in almost exactly 20 minutes. Up to this point I was totally satisfied. Then I got the bill. It was $509 for 20 mins of work to replace a $30 cartridge. They did give me a $50 veteran discount, which was nice, but that seems excessively high. Doing the math, that's $1500/hr for that plumber. I think engineering may not have been the best financial path for me to choose...

  Erik from Radiant Plumbing truly saved the day during our gas stove installation. He discovered that the existing gas connector was extremely old and needed to be replaced — something we hadn’t even realized. It turned into a much more difficult job than expected, but Erik handled it with incredible skill and professionalism. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. We’re so grateful for his expertise and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or gas work.   We had great service and highly professional work from specialist Marcel La Vallee to come out on Easter (sadly, but unexpectedly) to help fix a plumbing issue and water heater on the exterior of our home. He was very friendly, respectful, and direct when explaining the problem, and felt his work was not rushed at all during the process. The pricing between the membership and issue to fix was manageable and didn’t feel like “breaking my bank”, considering the quality labor involved. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking to get an estimate on their plumbing and AC needs!
