  I've been using QLS for several years now and have been very happy with them. Today (a Friday), I called them about 2:30 pm that our a/c wasn't working. They had me try a couple things at home, which didn't work, so I called them back. Even though it was now about 3 PM, they scheduled Alex to come out. He got to the house at about 7 pm, spent a good hour, hour and a half, and resolved the problem. Alex was very nice, as he always is, and never complained about being there so late on a Friday. Thank you Alex and QLS.

  I cannot rave enough about KC & now Alex. Last year, we had our home winterized via the City of Austin Energy's Winterization program. From start to finish QLS extended expert, professional, knowledgeable and off the chart services - in every way. We are still singing their praises. When I noticed our weep hole dripping water, I called and KC had Alex out asap, thinking it was A/C related. Alex arrived with a big smile and within seconds, says, "Where's your water heater?" Voila, I showed him and then we noticed water in the drip pan. He is a consummate A/C professional and immediately says, "I have the plumber for you." WOW. He diagnosed the issue within minutes. I ran to my purse to joyfully give him a cash tip for being amazing - insisting he take it. I am officially wowed by QLS and everyone on their team. Please let them know we highly refer them for your needs. Note: I do plan to use them by early summer for our A/C check. Yes, they are this fabulous. I genuinely feel well-cared for and very much look forward to giving them A/C business.

  Very professional and considerate company. They were on time and got things done fairly quickly. Wherever they needed to get to (under sinks, etc), they moved things, no problem and put everything back neatly. They left their workspaces completely clean and asked our input for anything that became an issue. 10/10 would recommend.
