Christian greeted me and asked, how he could assist me, I was desperate. He took the time to search the system and reassure me we would find something. We’ll he “saved the day!” Awesome team members in that location.

The first time I needed supplies I went to Ferguson with the assumption they would treat me as someone who knew nothing (which I didn't) and would try to oversell me parts or not help at all because I didn't know anything. My experience was the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Today I called in to ask about a part I needed for the toilets in our business. Not only did they look things up in order to help me, they told me I didn't need the part I thought I did and helped me fix it without buying a part at all. It may say counter productive to not sell the customer, but their honesty and helpfulness have made a customer for life out of me. Building trust is an art that has been lost.
