- DLDean LiuNov 16, 20255.0If you are looking to replace old windows with an installer that is not trying to rip you off and would stand by their warranty, look no other than Window World. We replaced half of our windows in 2023 due to old windows cracking. I requested quotes from Window World and two other installers. Everyone had similar products with similar performances (different product names and catch phrases) but Window World stood out with their price. It was at least 50% less than the lowest quote. The reason for the low price is they carry only the most common and cost effective type of window and have their factory in the US. We went ahead with Window World. Another major plus is they have their in-house installation crew (we avoided installers who didn't have in-house installation crews because there's less quality control), hence the installation went very quickly and smoothly. We were able to test their warranty right away when we noticed issues with a window sash. Filed a replacement request online, it was approved and replaced immediately with no questions asked. 2 years later, it was time to replace the other half of our windows. Receive quotes from multiple installers during the two years and the second lowest quote was again more than 2x of what Window World quoted. They even honored their price from 2 years ago (it's hard to find vendors who takes care of returning customers these days). The excellent quality and service were the same as 2 years ago, same with the warranty. I believe unless you are looking for specialty luxury products or chasing minor incremental performance specs, Window World should be the best option.

The install team communicated very well while they were here as well, small hardware issues (my own fault) were handled quickly because of it. Although they specialize in Windows, I was never pressured or up-sold on windows which was very nice. Will likely be reaching out regarding Windows in the future.
