- NBNick BravoJan 2, 20265.0TLDR: would recommend 10 out of 10 times. The Window World operation is top-notch start to finish. From the first meeting with Jose Chapa to the walkthrough with Bruce and his crew, everything went as smooth as can be expected. We met with 2 other window companies and were given the lengthy (3+ hrs) song and dance with multiple discounts and pricing still was well above what Window World offered. Not to mention, the completed product looks as luxe as you’d expect with much higher prices. During installation, Bruce and his crew of Anthony, Jair, Juan and Bairon were absolutely fantastic. Great personalities and knowledge and attention to detail were displayed throughout. Bruce said something that stuck with me, he said “we want people on our crews that actually CARE about doing a good job” and that showed through and through. We could not have drawn up a better experience. Hope this helps any reader and Window World connect in the future!

- TCTJ CostelloDec 19, 20255.0Thank you Window World. Thus a long process ended happily and positively! We contacted no less than six window companies to replace 21 windows (the entire house). Window World Austin was BY FAR the most engaged, direct and customer focused. The salesman, Jose, came by for an initial and a follow-up call. Then he came out to measure - this was when his magic shined (as we found out later). He said "our installers are professional and customer service is priority." He offered me two options and gave us just enough info for us to make an informed decision. He said two months AND IT WAS EXACTLY. We got a call from customer rep, Kathy, who just continued the positive experience. Had to work around the holidays on timing and a couple logistic issues but it was not a problem for Kathy. ALWAYS RESPONSIVE. Now time for install. I was told "Bruce and his team (Anthony, Bairon, Juan & Jair) would arrive in a specified timeframe and be on site for two days. The arrived on-time and left the house as promised and clean as a whistle. Also Jose's measurements proved to be SPOT-ON as the windows fit perfectly and as promised. We followed the instructions given us and on arrival Bruce and the team went to work. The team did take over quickly and we admittedly were slow to vacate so their music and back-and-forth did cause us consternation. However, in all my years of home ownership and repairs and renovations I have never had a crew who was so focused on a good job and genuinely enjoyed the task at hand and their coworkers. Great job team! So now the weather is changing, we have 21 new windows, no drafts, clean lines, and clear windows. Thanks again Window World Austin.
