The customer service rep, Dana, quickly got my information and let me go so she could "call a tech before they clocked out for the weekend." Sure enough she got back to me within 10 minutes to let me know a tech, Bailey, was on his way. Bailey showed up and took care of my clogging issue and was gone in less than an hour. He was professional and was super kind to my crazy pup, too. I'd recommend this service to anyone in dire straights.
