- WDWally DoggettSep 11, 20251.0Not a great experience so far. Poor install, dinged up and scratched anodized aluminum windows and doors. Extremely poor communication: don't answer the phone, don't return calls, answer emails eventually. We'll see if they can pull it together, but thus far we've has two failed sill pan install attempts on an exterior window/door unit. We asked for specifics: what and when, and to be kept in the loop. Instead, they had the audacity to show up and do work on my home without coordinating with me or my contractor. We didn't even know they had been there or what they had done, until we happened to notice the work - which again was sub-standard.

Quick turnaround on bids, competitive numbers, and a great group of folks working at their office to make sure you always have what you need, when you need it. Windows can be difficult in this market, but Vista is always able to communicate accurate lead times, and gives plenty of notice when prices are expected to change, etc... I'd recommend using Vista windows at any level of project. These guys are great!!! 5 stars.
