This was the worst experience I have ever been in dealing with such unprofessional individuals, I will let it be known , how you guys treated me and my wife as if we didn't even exist, Such bad business, you charge us and tell us , we have everything ready for you. What time are we able to pick up the unit. And I responded 2pm or a little after. What happens I drive nearly 100 miles , 92 miles to be exact, just to be told that the unit for us to pick up was sent to the body shop for some repairs. No phone calls. No emails , No nothing. The rude guy behind the desk almost laughing at us while he was telling us that the unit was not there. At first we thought it was joke. Ha ha. But the joke was on us , because the unit was not there. Then stated , there's nothing we can do for you all. We don't have anything we can help you with right now, My God. Really. This was very important to us. We have been calling different places and different companies and we decided to go with you all. WHAT A WRONG DECISION WE MADE You guys not only have lost a great customer for the future but you all have also lost a lot of respect in dealing with the public.... I hope you all are Proud of yourselves for having the worst customer service we have ever dealt with and the most unprofessional business I personally have ever dealt with. So please take us off the Business member sheet. If there was ever one and we will never ever deal with you ever again. PERIOD! That's sad, really sad A Disappointed Customer Ed San Antonio. TX
