- MWMichael WiegmanNov 19, 20251.0My Credit Card was charged for days I didn't have the machinery. When I ask they would transfer me to another department until I finally gave up. I rented a lift and trailer the first 2 days and returned it. They charged me for the trailer., lift and went as far as to charge me for straps and a tie down that I could buy cheaper at Home Depot. Returned the next week and this time to save money I bought a trailer that wasn't much more than they rented me for the first 2 days. I rented the lift only, but they charged me for the same as they did before. Once again I asked for an explanation and after 4 transfers I gave up. I paid somewhere around 1200.00 for the rental of a 10 foot trailer,, tie downs, road taxes, ratchet, and 12?foot lift. I don't believe I'll go back.
- SRSean RipSep 22, 20252.0Well you mess with companies on rise and they’ll never do business with you again. Went in to rent a mini-ex, skid steer, and a Tele. They said we can rent the skid and mini-ex and anything else but unless you have a credit account you can’t rent a telehandler since it’s 200k piece of machinery. No one said hey let’s get you a credit account so we can get on the right page , just straight no won’t happen. That’s Fine. What one company won’t do another company will. You lose a a good loyal client today
