When trying to get a quote on equipment I can NEVER get in touch with someone useful on the the phone. When I do talk to someone it is the wrong person and when they transfer me to the right person it is 100% of the time a number that does not exist and hangs up on me. I've walked in trying to get the Trane360 set up and they direct me to call a guy in their office who never responds to your calls. Do yourself a favor and buy from ACES Supply. They sell American Standard which is just Trane by another name. They answer the phone immediately and can get you a quote without any hassle.

At the same time, the quotes have come in at $90,000 and a leadtime that comes in for September. Thanks Trane for screwing my company and it's 200 hard working Americans who now work in 100 degree temperatures.
