I choose Totally Cool from the list of approved contractors and was very pleased with my decision. They walked me through the requirements of the program, provided concise estimates, and did excellent work that qualified me for the rebates. Communication with the company and customer service was terrific. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Totally Cool

They replaced my old 1983 HVAC system and it was a job!! Honest, efficient, hardworking and dependable…… I really appreciate them all. They showed up on time and were very organized, very knowledgeable and left the work areas cleaner than when they got here! I give them two big thumbs up! My next door neighbor referred them to me and swears by them. I’m glad I listened to her!

We went through the Austin Energy Rebate program, and they coordinated everything for us. Pricing was fair even without the added rebates. While working on our house, the crew was courteous and communicated updates regularly. They made sure that we had A/C every night before leaving, and they took their time to get everything right. We highly recommend them!
