  A+++ for Totally Cool. From my initial interaction to the final walk through inspection, Totally Cool was excellent. They were responsive, detailed, timely, professional, personable, and thorough.   Totally Cool came out to look at my AC Unit and they were extremely professional and honest. They made me aware of all my options and I choose to get a new upgraded unit just in time for summer. Couldn't be happier with the service and team at Totally Cool. Recommended!

  Totally Cool was Totally Excellent ! Anthony and his team did a wonderful job refitting my houses hvac ductwork and insulation thru the Austin Energy HES Rebate program. The house is noticeably better and we received a material rebate for it from Austin Energy. Excellent service all around.

  I participated in Austin's HES energy savings program to upgrade my attic insulation, balance the air flow from my air ducts and weather strip my doors. I choose Totally Cool from the list of approved contractors and was very pleased with my decision. They walked me through the requirements of the program, provided concise estimates, and did excellent work that qualified me for the rebates. Communication with the company and customer service was terrific. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Totally Cool
