- BFBen FOct 24, 20255.0We recently had Totally Cool install a new heat pump system, replace ducting, and add insulation. We went through the Austin Energy Rebate program, and they coordinated everything for us. Pricing was fair even without the added rebates. While working on our house, the crew was courteous and communicated updates regularly. They made sure that we had A/C every night before leaving, and they took their time to get everything right. We highly recommend them!

My unit is very old, and needs some type of service every couple of years it seems. They are always able to send someone over faster than I expect. Every time, they are clean, courteous, professional, AND informative, always making sure I know how to operate a new thermostat, or to keep the drain line clear. Because I rent, I don't know how expensive it is, but since my landlord likes them, I expect he feels like it's a good value. I highly recommend them.
