- RMRob MickOct 2, 20251.0They can't answer a question about a $20 line item in a state inspection report. No one knows who does what, or how they structure their own Periodic Maintenance Schedules. I'm considering one Annual PM from a competitor in Dallas instead of Quarterly PMs in our West Texas location.
- BOBrittany OrtegaSep 3, 20251.0If I could a lower review I would. I work and live at an apartment that has TKE systems in it. They break down EVERY SINGLE DAY. And at minimum 2 per day go down when we only have a total of 5. And it has been this way for over 365 days of this being on ongoing issue. A lot of times it takes days for a technician to come out and 50% of the time they leave and say they will send someone else to fix because they cant.

And they lock you in with a scammy 3 year contract that AUTO-RENEWS without notifying you. No formal communication about the contract being auto renewed or ANY communication about what is included in their scope of service. Stay far far away from this shady company!!
- LBLyn BugherFeb 21, 20251.0Getting someone to answer the phone is a herculean feat. You have to be very persistent to get any attention. Techs have come out numerous times and elevator continues to breakdown every few days, uptime no longer than 4 days. The techs that come out are friendly and appear to be knowledgeable - yet the elevator continues to entrap and shutdown. It's been about two months and I will only update this review if their management will actually have a face-to-face meeting at this point. We are a 55+ community without a working elevator.
