He did an outstanding job explaining the whole process in a way that was easy to understand, kept us updated throughout the day, and personally monitored the work to make sure everything was done right. Charles was also there when the insurance inspector came to inspect the roof for our claim, which gave us extra peace of mind. He even checked back in with us afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied. Overall, amazing service, excellent communication, and quality work.
