  We originally purchased our air condition through Service Wizard. So when an error came on our air-conditioning panel, the first thing I wanted to do is contact Service Wizard to have it looked into. I contacted Service Wizard and they were out the same day. Gilbert, who was our tech was nice and explained everything to me. They had to come out the following day because they needed a part they didn’t have which was fine. The following day Gilbert was out did the repair and was kind and courteous. I’d recommend Service Wizard to anyone.

  Javier R and EJ P were absolutely awesome! They documented everything, explained everything, and improved my AC system greatly. They went above and beyond from what was needed, and gave me some insights into other potential issues lurking in my heater system. I've been using Service Wizard for many years now, and always have a great experience. I do take some umbrage at the pushing of service plans (particularly the monthly ones) to enable a discount. I'd much prefer flat-rate pricing, as service plans really only benefit the business - not the consumer. I would urge them to reconsider the service plan pricing tiers and discounts, as the optics make it closer to companies whose reputation has been ruined by going too far in that direction. Just a sidebar on an overall excellent company and experience. As an aside, pricing was not the cheapest, but the quality of work is superlative compared to other work I've had performed with other companies.

  Amazing and quick service! Adam and Scott showed up on time and got right to work. I was a bit unsure of what to expect but everything was seamless and the peace of mind knowing that Service Wizard will come back and inspect our heating and cooling with our membership is unmatched. Thank you for being the first maintenance call in our new home and knocking it out of the park.

  Another great maintenance service visit from Service Wizard. Gilberto Vallejo was our tech, gave us a through review of our heating systems and concerns we should address. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We’re very happy with our service maintenance calls and repairs, give us a piece of mind we’re keeping up on making sure our systems are working efficiently and effectively.

  The technician Daniel was great, we was friendly, knowledgeable, and found the issue with our split unit. Something a previous AC repair guys messed up and was going charge us crazy money. Daniel was able to repair the unit, explain everything and the pricing was very reasonable. He also did a little extra by adding some die into the Freon, so that next time they can easily diagnose if there is a leak. I was very happy with the service, and the appointment was set up quickly as well. Thank you so much! Will be using them again!
