I spoke with the office person and set a time for that afternoon. Eddie texted me as promised. He assessed the issues abandoned gave me a quote. Got the job done and I no longer have drips or leaks. It may be a small thing to many but I appreciated the shoe covers. Also the general inspection of the hot water heater and water pressure appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Rooterman for any plumbing services you might need

First he figured out that dispatcher had given him the wrong address quickly and then he retrieved my mother-in-law’s glasses from the depths of the toilet with an auger and the glasses are in pretty good shape! Thank you for the quick response and the helpfulness and friendliness of technician Eddie.
