- CWChad WhiteSep 4, 20241.0I called this place on August 14 requesting service. Heard back on the 16th from I believe the owner. He said they were busy but that I would hear back but that it could be a week unless we had an urgent need. I waited until August 27th. Called again. The person said they would get my info to a service rep who be in touch. It's September 4. I called again. Didn't get a very friendly person on the phone. Have been told again I will hear from someone soon. We'll see... I understand I'm not a top priority because our need isn't urgent but it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to get someone to even say when they might be able to come check things out. This can't be their typical interaction with customers because I am really struggling to understand how this company got such good ratings. Very disappointed.
