  Sunday afternoon family dinner turned into a major plumbing issue at the kitchen sink. After a few attempts to clear the line we decided to call a plumber. Radiant was a familiar name so we scheduled an appointment. Billy came out within the hour and worked diligently to resolve the issue. He was able to get the line cleared and help us schedule an appointment to have the line power blasted clean because the grease in the line is solid. Thank you Radiant for your professional service.

  My 3 year old tankless water heater was leaking. We found the water in the house, shut off water/power to unit and began efforts to dry the wall and ceiling affected. This was the Saturday before Thanksgiving around noon. I had family flying in the next day. I called Radiant as they service tankless systems. Maria on the phone in Austin was kind and professional. She scheduled service for the following day in the morning and added me to the urgent list in case of same day availability. By 2:45 PM same day I received a text saying I can get help now. I responded and the service agent, Tony, arrived at 3:30PM. He found the issue and corrected it, had the part needed on his truck, and had my water heater up and running by 4:40PM. It was $199. All fixed and ready for company!

  We just had a tech named Jacob Rose come out to repair a clogged toilet, and he deserves a shout-out. Despite our appointment being towards the end of the day, Jacob had an awesome attitude and made the repair within 10 minutes of arrival. He didn't rush out; he thoroughly explained what he did. When I had a quick question about a loose handle on the toilet (unrelated to the reason he was here), he went out to the truck, grabbed a pair of pliers, and fixed it quickly without hesitation. I'm sure he could have charged extra for it, but service like this is what will keep me coming back to Radiant. Their people are incredible!

  JOE & JACOB should receive more than the measly 5 stars, i would like to give them the highest of highest gold stars for the service that was provided. Jacob made the initial call after hours & once he determined the problem was something that he was not able to do. He made an appointment for the next day for someone that was qualified to do the work. JOE WAS KIND, POLITE & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . JACOB came this morning and was quick in determining what the predicament at hand was 🚽. He explained to me in layman's terms what the issue was. He put together a plan of action, but before I put him to work I made a call to management & it was determined they are actually responsible for the work & payment. I was thankful to receive that info, but on the other hand I was really disappointed because I wanted RADIANT TO DO THE JOB.🙁 I forever will contact RADIANT if I sholuld I face a future plumbing conundrum. With having said all that, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RADIANT🌟.

  Tried to get these guys out to write an estimate for some plumbing work i'd like to have done as part of a remodel. Was upfront that i was in the research phase and getting quotes. They said they could come out and waive the trip charge given i was hoping to get multiple estimates for the work. The guy came out looked at the job and told me he'd be able to provide an estimate in the next day or so. THEN, I received a request to book a drain specialist to come out. (Not mentioned by the original estimator) They tried to book the appointment without communicating cost and thankfully i asked. They wanted to charge $495 dollars for the drain specialist as a preliminary fee to be applied to the work if i went with them. And no longer were able to provide an estimate without the drain specialist work. Im simply looking for a ballpark cost (high / low end) or range and feel like im being strong armed into committing to someone without any type of transparency. THIS IS NO WAY TO WIN BUSINESS.
