Contacted pretty last minute due to a leak in our master bathroom ceiling. Leading up to the appointment, Radiant was super communicative a day in advance as well as the morning of. We have a 7 month old at home so being able to plan around naps was very helpful. Nicholas was our plumber dispatched. He arrived within the assigned window and from the get go was a very kind and professional guy. He walked us through what needed to be done, kept water outages to a minimum, and provided a detailed report with photos afterwards. We were also put in touch with a remediation company by Radiant due to the water damage.

I completed a service request online on a holiday weekend (Sunday) and someone reached out to me within 30-minutes. We had a technician at our house in under 2-hours. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem and provide us with options for a new water heater. Our technician communicated well and worked quickly and efficiently when replacing our water heater. He took care to clean up after himself and made an additional recommendation regarding electrical work. Radiant followed up with us the next day regarding that recommendation to see how we would like to proceed. Our overall experience with Radiant was great and we would not hesitate to work with them again on any future needs.

I was prepared to write a scathing review about this company due to multiple rescheduling, but Erik saved the day with his amazing customer service. Erik walked me through the entire process of how my water softener works, and I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. What stood out to me the most was that he took the time to show me how to manually start the water softener’s regeneration process. There were quite a few button combinations, but Erik went through each one carefully to make sure I understood everything. At one point, I confused the 'backwash' process with the 'regen' process, but again Erik patiently explained that they were different and what each one does. I really appreciated how he took the time to ensure there were no communication gaps. On top of that, Erik went above and beyond by installing insulators on my pipes to prevent them from freezing in the future. He even offered valuable advice regarding some pipes that weren’t installed correctly when they were first set up. I felt that Erik genuinely valued my time and needs. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't recommend him enough!

Where to begin. I moved into a house with a water softener. I am unfamiliar with this system so I called to have someone come check it out and make sure it’s running properly and tell me what I need to do and I asked the person I spoke with about the tech bringing salt. I was told they would bring salt and it wouldn’t cost me anything. They called me to confirm and without being prompted I was told the tech was bringing salt. I get a call saying it would have to be rescheduled for today. I forgot to mention the salt again. I got a text around 10 am saying the tech would be here after 12pm and that I would get a call when the tech was on their way. A couple of hours later my doorbell rang. I was pretty unprepared but was able to answer to door before the tech left. He looks at the unit for a minute, tells me it’s top of the line and tells me I need salt. I ask if he has the salt and go into my conversation with the customer service department and he told me no, they generally don’t provide salt and it would cost 400+ to get salt, put it in and reset the system. I ask if I need to reset the system once I get salt and he said no. 😳 Anyway, bottom line is when I asked WHY they wouldn’t just tell me the truth he said “maybe they were nervous” Hopefully the system itself is actually top notch and doesn’t need servicing ever. 😒 I personally did not pay anything as this system was already installed when we got here. They didn’t charge me for the device call.

Taking back my original 5 star and going with 1. I'd give 0 if possible. The only redeeming quality about this company is Billy, he is an absolute saint, on time, efficent and friendly. The rest are just laughable. We were charged 55k by Joe to replace the cast iron pipes on half of the house, remove a trap under the kitchen and flush out the pipes. Right away after "completion", you could still hear gurgling that our tenants dubbed "the war drums". Then the sinks start backing up when others are being used and they won't drain. We call Joe. He says someone will be out the next day (despite it being 24/7) I call 2 days later after getting zero response, they have no clue what im talking about because Joe never put the information in and we get someone to come out and temporarily clear the clog. We are then told the problem is the original problem we discussed as the 2 primary reasons for calling them/for repair and THERE ARE STILL CAST IRON PIPES ON THE HALF OF THE HOUSE WE PAID 55K TO HAVE REPLACED! They say Joe is coming out to scope the pipes. I wait over an hour and end up calling back and they cant get ahold of him and have no idea where he is. It was bad enough that as soon as ground broke, Joe back tracked and said the trap was not to be removed under the kitchen, but to find out we just paid that much money for them to lie about actually doing the job then continuously waist my time, Im infuriated. They come out and dig again, supposedly fix the pipes (god only knows how much more they lied about doing because the pipes they took out dont math as to how many pipes should have been under that half of the house and I cant tunnel under it myself) and you'd think after a week and a half theyd be done, right? Wrong. The backyard is still piles of dirt and the holes have yet to be filled and we are left calling even more trying to get them to actually schedule someone to finish a job that was supposed to be completed over a month ago! The least they should be doing is bending over backwards to get this taken care of immediately after finding out they fraudulently charged us and didnt provide all services, but also refunding part of what they charged us! What a sorry excuse of a company. Save your money, save your time and save your sanity. Go elsewhere for plumbing services.
