- ACAly ComstockDec 16, 20255.0Okay I am back and editing/ updating my review. This situation is being actively corrected. Matt showed up early this morning to help correct the situation. He credited the work he did yesterday to the new amount and has been very communicative with what is happening. The gas company is being a pain and he preemptively pulled permits to help expedite our issue to get us our gas and heat/ hot water back on just in case the Gas company continues to be difficult.We have an old house so this sort of situation is probably common. I do think the service is pricey but they have been a great company and I feel assured they will fix this issues. I would use them again and will likely refer to them when we renovate in the future. ------- We’ll have to adjust my review I gave one star because they were personable but the problem is not fixed and the gas company has not turned on our gas because they did not hard pipe something and not do the install properly they charged over a grand to wrap something in duct tape and now we are suffering in the cold no hot water with our toddler. Hopefully they will rectify this and credit us this situation I’ll report back .

His confidence, polite manner, and detailed explanation of the work required was exceptional. Work was preformed in the timeframe given with a keen eye on detail and minimal issues.
