They provided me a quote during their site visit on Oct 23 with a “special discount” that expired on Oct 31. I received the quote late on Oct 29 and responded on Oct 30 giving the green light to move forward. Since I didn’t get a response, I reached out again on Oct 31 to confirm. A week later, the sales agent called back and said the offer they provided was “too low” and they could no longer honor it — even though I had accepted it before the deadline. At no point did they push to finalize the contract or warn me that timing was critical. Instead, they waited until after the deadline passed and then retracted their own offer. This felt unprofessional and misleading. I expected more transparency and integrity from a reputable company. Very disappointing experience.

The only thing I can say is the price is expensive. My first price with them started out ridiculously high and as we haggle back-and-forth, the price went down ultimately, I got it down to a price I could live with, but still felt it was overpriced. It left a bad taste in my mouth with the bid starting out at $83,000 which I could build a house for that. The office contact was very very professional. My installer was top-of-the-line. He was great. My sales rep was very good. It was a good company to work with.
