    The price ranges according to the apt type, 530K on average (450K-580K). The kitchen, bathroom and living rooms are well planned. Only downside, the residents/neighbors are a bit too close to each other. By 2028, they will have 234 houses. Another minor downside; the plan on their office actually does not show any common social club/park/trails/pool/gym facilities.
