It took more than a month to receive the items and the stairnose I received was not the right fit. I messaged the store but the store manager blames on the installer and didn’t respond to my question of the stair nose not fitting correctly. In addition, I’m still waiting for the refund on the returned materials over 3 weeks.

One of the transition strips they gave me was shaped differently than the others, and I did not see the difference until after I cut and laid it and it did not match the others. I had to pull it up and use an additional transition strip. The store would not refund me for the cost of the transition strip. Even though I had spent almost $6k on everything they would not budge. It seems that after you've given them your money they don't care anymore.
