- KKkalkkarAug 8, 20241.0Everything was ok even tho it was a few weeks late arriving, untill they forgot to send the paper work to our corporate office for billing, showed up and disconnected the generator had it ready to go before they even bothered trying to talk to the administrator of my facility, had to call the electrician out yet again to hook it back up because they were just that aweful and did somthing to the generator so it is hooked up again yet it wont even crank and shows a bad battery. they refuse to own up to thier own failure and fix this waste of money, we need it for the nursing home as a backup and they just screwed us over as i bet they will demand a full months payment when we cant even use it now as the thier techs wont even show up to fix it.
