Our house is only a year old so we didn’t expect a lot that needed to be done. He worked inside and outside the house for about 2 hours. Jarod was able to take pictures, videos and draw up a detailed report of what our new system needed. Basically he was able to identify a bunch of work that needed to get done that our home inspector completely missed! He was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Both your Plumber Technician, Josh Munoz and his Service Manager, Ben Tracy were extremely helpful. Josh drained the hot water heater and conducted a thorough inspection of all our plumbing – both floors – inside (5,500 sq ft) as well as outside and identified several issues which he quickly set about fixing. Josh was friendly, informative and professional throughout the entire process and served as a great representative of your company and team. Speaking of which – every time Josh needed to check in with management Ben made himself available as a resource. It was clear that they were working as a team.
