  We've been having water pressure issues that was causing problems throughout the house. Our tech, Corey "Shane" Smith worked hard to problem solve the cause. He communicated with me throughout the whole process in a way that me feel comfortable and confident in his work. He was forthright, personable but still focused on the task at hand. He even gave suggestions on how to fix other non- plumbing issues.

  Andrew came out for me previously after I’d called about the plumbing under my sink leaking. Andrew gave me his honest opinion on the work and laid out some options for me but I never felt like he was selling me on anything. He told me things we could do and what was and wasn’t necessary. I really value an honest opinion these days when it feels like everyone is trying to sell you extra things you don’t need. He did great work. It was exactly what we discussed. I will continue to use Goettl and request Andrew for any plumbing work we continue to do at our house. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone with plumbing issues.

  I had my HVAC serviced today. I received thorough and extremely knowledgeable customer service and support from Adam Wisdom, Chris Fischer and Nick Staggs. I've never seen a group of people actually put their heads together and use all of their knowledge to solve a problem. They really cared! What I was used to was other repair people not even trying. These guys don't give up. They took the time to explain to me what was going on with my HVAC. Then all 3 came back with a solution. Trust and great service is what these guys are building. I'm greatly satisfied with their service. They definitely work for your satisfaction. I will be calling on them again!!!

  Called Goettl to support in providing some estimates in moving my washer and dryer connections as part of a renovation project. Given the extent of the work I need to get multiple quotes and some companies insist on expensive trip charges (one up to $500) to have a “specialist” assess before providing a quote for the work. These guys were timely, transparent and uncomplicated. I appreciate Shane for quickly putting together an estimate before even leaving the house, providing multiple options at various price point and without pressure of upfront commitment. I would feel confident moving forward with these guys. Thank you Shane!

  Since Google review only allows one review per business. I’m Writing this review for Shane Smith and for Zach Carlisle, two different individuals that did two entirely different jobs. Both of them deserve a five star review. I highly recommend Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing! Shane Smith, their plumbing service technician, provided outstanding service when we needed a new water heater. He arrived promptly, explained all options clearly, and guided us through the process with professionalism and friendliness. Shane's knowledge and patience made our decision-making easy. We're grateful for his help and impressed by Goettl’s efficient, customer-focused approach. Five stars for Shane and Goettl. Zach Carlisle from Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing did an incredible job installing our new water heater. His exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and expertise made the entire process seamless. Zach kept us well-informed, worked efficiently, and left our home spotless. He even took the time to educate us on water shut-off procedures. Zach truly embodies the values of excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Kudos to Goettl for having such a talented and dedicated installer!
