- MPMary PiresOct 30, 20175.0We are very comfortable and satisfied after the insulation installation in our new construction house by Garland Insulating from Austin TX. The office staff were friendly and customer service oriented. The installation workers were thorough and paid attention to detail. The operations manager Jonathan and our salesman Bruce inspected our house before and during the installation to make sure the job was being done properly and according to code. We are thankful to our Garland salesman Bruce for proposing a somewhat high-end insulation design that was still cost-effective.Over a period of more than a year during the planning and framing of our house, Bruce always quickly responded to phone calls and questions with knowledge and professionalism. Garland gave us zero problems and we are glad we chose them for our new house.

I found out that they had told Lowe's that it was my fault. Not only incompetent/careless, but lying on top of it all? Don't use 'em in San Antonio. (P.S. The only reason they got in touch with me was AFTER I posted this review to ask me if I would consider taking it down.
