Heidi was my sales person, she was very patient and answered all my questions and explained how their process would work (and it was accurate). I ordered the carpet, Denise scheduled the install with all the information I would need to be ready for the installers. Installers arrived on time and were amazing!! They were polite, efficient and respectful, they didn't waste any time getting the job started and getting it done. I know this is a long review, but seriously.... this was the BEST experience I have had. I originally had priced carpet at several stores and Floor King had the best price, selection and the service was excellent by their entire staff. THANK YOU!!!

Their floor samples are a great size and you can take them home so you can get a feel of what it would look like in your home without any commitment. I worked with Debbie in the Georgetown location and she was simply the BEST! So kind, patient, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!
