- RHRicardo HerreraJul 15, 20201.07/15/2020 worst experience ever, Kevin is the guy I have to deal with, he show me 0 customer service skills, I had little knowledge about plumbing and I was asking him for some recommendations based on his experience as an attendant of a plumbing supply company but instead he was rude and giving me the " I don't know I'm not a plumber I just work at the counter " thing, he was acting like I was bothering him or something, he's coworker didn't even try to help me, he was just listening how his buddy was treating me and do nothing about it, like he didn't care either. So if you need to buy some plumbing supplies for a project, do yourself a favor and don't go there unless you are a Pro or a certified plumber and have the knowledge to know what part do you need for a project or at least talk to someone else, I can't say the rest of the employees are like him or his coworker but who knows, I just talk about my own experience, I end up shopping at Home depot and the guy there was very helpful.
