So when I moved here, (Lakeside Plumbing and Johnson-Powers Construction) I was told by my people to check out Ferguson where they already have an acct. I walked into the plumbing counter not knowing anyone…trying to get acclimated and comfortable in a totally new environment. And that’s when I met Tim Venable. He immediately walked right up to me, introduced himself and asked me what I needed. And after being involved in the trades for 40 years, I’m good at reading people and I knew right away that Tim had the “it” factor. First off, I was immediately impressed with the vibe of professionalism and hustle that Tim brought forth. You can tell that the man has an over the top work ethic Here we are 15 years later, and Im at your St.Elmo counter sometimes up to 3 days a week. I’m a loyal customer, and it all stems directly from my relationship with Tim. I also want to give Kudos to Albert, Brian and Mark over there as well… Like I said, there’s a certain unique vibe of culture there that stems directly from this core group of bad-asses that hold down the fort get the job done!
