The store seems like a one-stop-shop with fixtures, lighting, sinks, tubs, hardware, etc. However, the woman working behind the counter was really unwelcoming, intimating, and irritable. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt -- maybe it was a bad day, maybe she had just dealt with a rude customer right before me, maybe she is juggling difficult life circumstances, or maybe her job stretches her too thin. I have no clue. What I do know is that I felt really uncomfortable in her presence -- she never returned my smile with a smile and showed little (by little, I mean no) interest in my inquiries as a new customer. Her communication with me was short and full of (unnecessary) attitude. I will not be returning to purchase because customer service is really important to me.
