  Oh my god i feel sorry about this man with his family gangs got into his new house and stole his appliances that’s not safe I am so happy that I didn’t buy a house here I was planning to do that put I changed my mind I was planning to put a high down payment put after this no they need to give that person his money back that’s not acceptable I am so lucky I red this review everyone should be careful before taking this decision this area is not safe.

  I want to warn all home buyers: please be cautious and avoid falling into this trap. This area is known for gang activity, and I had a terrible experience with this company. I was initially very happy and excited to purchase a house in this new community, but I was shocked when a gang with weapons broke into the property. They smashed the living room windows and cut one of them into a circle, indicating they are highly resourceful and using specialized tools to break into these homes. Unfortunately, They stole my household appliances, and when I spoke to the office about it, they dismissed it as something normal and said they couldn't do anything. If gangs break into your house and harm or even kill someone, they would still claim it's just normal—people get robbed and attacked everywhere. They also refused to return my $500. These are scammers, not neighbors or providers. I strongly advise you to find another place for your safety and your family's, as this location is unsafe, filled with homeless communities and gangs. You could end up being robbed or harmed. I'm sharing this bad experience with the company to warn others. I'm thankful I found out early, before signing any contract with those scammers put I lost the $500. I lost it with those scammers. I can't do anything about it since they refused to return my belongings. My family and I are upset, and I believe that God will punish them for scamming people. Please, be very careful and avoid making any purchases here, as it’s not a safe area for you and your family. I am attaching a picture for your review; you can see how the company covered it with green tape and claimed everything was normal. They do not care about your safety or your family's well-being—they are scammers. Please stop shopping here; it's not a good choice. There are many better locations and reputable companies, so avoid this one as they are just scammers.

  We love our brand new home! Starlight is quick to respond if you need anything. The best part is the neighbors, they are so kind and so helpful! There have been several moments where I was moving something large or mowing the grass and my neighbor stepped into help! One of my neighbors thoughtfully mowed my front yard while he was mowing his own! I have never had this in my life. LOVE this community :)

  Victor at the Sales Office was extremely friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. The homes are very beautiful and everyone make sure you’re taken care of. Very spacious home for the price! Neighborhood is great as well.

  I’m officially a first-time homeowner thanks to Starlight Homes! They truly made the process possible for me. I worked with Victor, and he’s been amazing from start to finish, always quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. Even after the sale, I still text him from time to time, and he’s always more than willing to help make sure everything goes smoothly. The community itself is really nice, I already love my neighbors and can’t wait to meet the new ones moving in soon! Homes here sell fast, so if you’re thinking about buying, hurry and grab one to call your own. Highly recommend Starlight Homes and especially Victor! P.S. Just don’t expect a welcome gift basket, or any gifts… or even a red carpet, because I didn’t get anything. Haha!
