  I had issues with the microwave as soon as I moved in and after months of back & forth with Electrolux and a lot of frustration, I reached out John the construction manager who promptly contacted several reps through email on my behalf and within days my microwave was replaced. John went above and beyond to ensure that this was taken care of, even offering to come and install the microwave himself upon delivery if I ran into any issues. Excellent, excellent communication and customer service!

  We bought our home in 2023 in the Brooklands Hutto Community, and the entire experience couldn’t have been smoother — from closing to moving in, everything happened in just two weeks. A huge thank you to Hailey Frey for patiently walking us through every detail and making sure we understood the process from start to finish. And a special shoutout to Len Odam, who went above and beyond to take care of fixes, touch up the paint, and share helpful tips on regular home maintenance — both inside and out. Our one-year warranty process took some time, but every request we raised was completed. I truly appreciate the determination and commitment of Calvin Miller, who consistently followed up with the right people to ensure everything was addressed — from fixing windows and cracks to repainting where needed. His dedication made the entire process much easier and stress-free.

  Brightland leaves trash in the yards in the community. Tired of calling their office. Don’t move to Oaks at San Gabriel, your yard will have wrappers, paper, insulation, metal scraps, beer cans, water bottles and debris constantly. My mower and the environment hates them. Update: 8/17/25 neighbors lawn with Brightland Trash.

  We bought a new Rosewood model home last year (2023) in the Carillon community at Manor, TX. Lillian Pham, sales counselor at the Manor Carillon community helped us a lot throughout the process of selecting the appropriate lots, home models, incentives and anything related to purchasing the house. She has been instrumental in making us feel comfortable with the home buying process and worked closely with the construction manager, Austin and the team in delivering the home in a timely manner. She worked with us like a family member and always answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend working with Lillian Pham and her team in buying houses at Carillon Community where you can expect prompt service with high quality. Brightland home has some great model homes to purchase from and Rosewood is one of the top preferred model in my opinion. Keep up the great work Lillian, Austin and the Brightland team.

  We purchased a Gehan homes duplex in Pflugerville TX. (Cardinal crossing) It’s been 2+ yrs and my punch list of the first month nor 11 months is completed by them. We don’t even know whom to contact. The person who was in-charge of this duty has been changed, we are not told whom will be that other person who will complete this punch list. We had so many issues including garage door opening/closing , hot water not coming… for a brand new home we have spent a good amount of money on repairs already in 2 yrs Very poor quality of construction. I’ll not buy with them again for sure.
