  Beware! Purchased this expensive double door just 3 years ago and immediately had trouble with air and water leaking in. After multiple months of pics/requests the door was replaced. The 2nd door is even worse with every pane chipping paint and the door frame with huge bubbles of paint loss. The customer service dept. made countless excuses for a full refund. We finally used an “assertive tone” and received our money back. I’m sure Doors 4 Home will make denials to this review but there is a pattern here in all the 1 star reviews you should heed! Again, BEWARE!!!!

  Doors4Home was a pleasure from start to finish! They answered my multitude of questions with patience and ordering/delivery was smooth. I wish their website worked to login and check the status of my order but they were very responsive to my calls or emails. Their price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than comparable doors and we have received multiple compliments from the carpenters and other workers at our house on the quality. I would highly recommend.

  Overall the doors are nice. I ordered (6) 5'x8' double doors and (1) 3'x8' door. After a couple of months the single door has warped and is about 3/8" off at the top. The customer service on the other hand gets 1 star! They shipped the doors without the metal strike plate for the top and bottom flush bolts. I called at least 6 times, was told they were ordered twice and, 9 months later, still don't have the strike plates. Unfortunately, they are not a standard size and short of custom making them will have to do without. Very disappointing!

  What a bunch of liars! BE CAREFUL and STAY AWAY!! They don’t care about you. All the care is getting paid. You’re just a $ sign. They’ll take your money and won’t deliver anything and then if you dare to say you want your money back because they can’t deliver they’ll charge you a ridiculously high “restocking fee” which is pretty much the cost of the door and make money on your back. Save your money go somewhere else. Anywhere else is better! Save yourself!

  Couldn't be happier, it was an overall great experience. I was able to easily order my door online. Reviewing the pictures on the website, I was able to match up the handing. Before I ordered, I gave the manufacturers specifications, provided on the website, to my contractor to make sure the door was going to fit the opening in my house. After choosing all the upgrades that I wanted, the website clearly stated the time frame that I could expect the door to be prepared prior to shipping. The door arrived well crated without any damage to the door, or even the packing materials. My contractor was able to install without any issues! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent, I will definitely order from Doors4Home again!
