  Amazing, personalized customer service. Created a custom door with a rep that was patient, knowledgable, and very flexible. Doors are GORGEOUS and arrived on time! Amazing prices as well. Would HIGHLY recommend.

  I talked to someone very briefly on the phone and the person was so rude to me. Don’t have a national number listed for your business if you’re just going to tell me it’s a national number and you can’t help.

  We bought two sets of pre-hung doors from these guys which were very expensive. Doors were delivered on time and the materials and construction are generally very nice. Both doors had some chips and scrapes and one set (exterior doors) did not come with the weather stripping or even clearance to add weather stripping. I contacted Doors4Home to see if they could help with this and they have been very non-responsive. I've been blamed for the damage and shipping has been blamed for the damage. I finally got a curt response that they would have someone from the manufacturer check out the doors for us. that was nearly two weeks ago and no further communication. So, generally pretty nice doors, but if you're looking for a company who supports what they sell, maybe keep looking.

  The staff at Doors4Home is super helpful, informed and best of all - has MY best interest in mind. Their doors are to die for, and offer an instant visual upgrade to any house. They are honest (which is my top one requirement of any service provider) and reliable (which is my second priority). They offer high value, top quality products and I recommend them to anyone who's looking to give a long lasting impression to their house.
