  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Justin on two separate major projects. The first, Justin replaced all the tile on five of our outdoor balconies and verandas. Excellent experience. Most recently, I had a blast renovating a very dated master bathroom into something truly remarkable. It’s simply gorgeous. Justin and his staff helped me to be bold with their creative insights. Also, all of the people on his various crews were a delight to see do their thing, some like Brenden Wear are true artists in tile installations. I look forward to working with them again on my next project.

  We are so happy with the work that Chuck Caudill Flooring did for us! Our master bedroom and bath have gone from 1970's builder grade to gorgeous! Lauri Gerber was fantastic to work with, as was the whole team. The showroom had so many great choices and the professionals who installed our floors and tile on the floors and walls of our bathroom were top notch. The team checked in with us proactively and worked seamlessly with our contractors. Highly recommend!

  The worst experience I’ve ever had. Our contractor recommended them to us and we didn’t have time to look other places and decided to go with them. We had to call them out three times because the flooring hadn’t been leveled and you could feel your foot dropping at least an inch. They finally sent the owner and his response to me “it’s not going to be perfect”. When asked about warranty he said I take care of that so don’t worry there shouldn’t be an issue. Now we’ve been with our new floors for 3 months and any little thing you do scratches the floor. Drop a spoon, the floor is dented. Move the couch an inch there’s a huge scratch. Not to mention our grout has holes in it from where they did the tile. Most the tile work was sloppy with the grout. The owner even told me he doesn’t like when people want black grout because it shows their mistakes. He knew it was not right and didn’t fix them, saying it’s not going to be perfect. For what we paid, I hate it. Do not go with them. Way over priced and not worth it.
