- DWDanelle WaltonJul 25, 20255.0I needed a Category 1A Title for a commercial building to close on a loan refinance. I called multiple surveying companies and the time frames they were quoting were far longer than Chaparral. When I spoke with Patrick and explained the situation, he was able to schedule the team to come the next week, with the final survey delivered the following week. The finished product was complete and done well. When my land survey was completed 5 years ago prior to building construction, the Title company had to go back and forth with my previous surveyor to have multiple corrections made. None were needed for this survey. Their price was fair and service outstanding. I would highly recommend.
