  We worked with Catalyst Construction over the past year on our kitchen remodel. What really stood out from the beginning is how responsive, helpful and transparent they were. Initially, we struggled to come up with our plan and the direction we wanted to go with our project. Natalie, Alex and team were extremely patient, kept coming up with solutions (and many adjusted quotes!) and really stood apart from anyone else we spoke with, which was ultimately why we decided to work with them. Our project manager Doug was great. He kept everything on track, made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to fix anything that wasn't top notch. The subcontractors and rest of the Catalyst team working on our project were also very professional and solution oriented (Devon, UB Cabinets, etc.). We lived in our house during the project and were pleasantly surprised how quickly and smoothly the construction went. I would highly recommend Catalyst for remodeling and would use them again on a future project.

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Catalyst Construction on a few occasions now including a bathroom remodel and some repairs on a rental property. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident in every interaction. They were incredibly quick to reply, which made the entire process smooth and stress free. I was traveling during some of the renovations so it was comforting to have a contractor I could trust to be in my home while I was away. Their customer service is top notch. Jason and Jessica were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. The quality of work was outstanding. They paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the remodel met my standards. The craftsmanship was evident in the final product, and I am thrilled with the their work. I highly recommend Catalyst Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality general contractor.

  Catalyst did an excellent job on our combination garage conversion, full siding replacement, and full window replacement. The staff at Catalyst was very responsive, considerate, and understood our preferences well. They also offered useful advice with cost/value considerations when we weren’t sure what we wanted. On top of having great internal staff, one of the best things about Catalyst was their choice of subcontractors. Almost a dozen times neighbors came up to me during construction and asked for references to both the general contractor and the subs because of the good work ethic and quality output. Despite a few delays in permitting and materials Catalyst was able to smoothly manage all aspects of the project. Catalyst was also able to keep the project cost to within 5% of the original quote. I highly recommend Catalyst for any residential construction job.

  Chances are if you're reading reviews like this one, you're in the hunt for a contractor for a project at home. The good news is that you can stop searching now: you've found your people at Catalyst Construction. My wife and I recently worked with Catalyst and hired them on to renovate our home (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, installation of flooring, installation of ceiling fans and lighting, redesign of a laundry room, floor tiling). Throughout the process, they were communicative and direct with us about our hopes and goals for the project and the timeline for it, as well. Based on past experience with other contractors, we were always surprised that they responded to our questions in a timely fashion, offering guidance and advice as best as was available. They stuck to their original timeline well and came in within the budget projected. For context, we were the absolute worst customers we could be, continuously requesting small changes and asking for emendations to the original bid. They not only accommodated our requests but often made suggestions about how best to pursue our requests. We're about to move into the house after a three-month project timeline that they largely kept to (November through January): the house looks beautiful, and we're so excited to move in. Call Alec and Alex to get on their schedule soon: they book out in advance, and they fill their days quickly.
