He gave us useful design suggestions based on his expertise. Joe was easily reachable by phone/text, and he returned messages promptly. The rest of his team was excellent in customer service as well. Start to finish, the work took only a few weeks, which minimized the disruption to our schedule/life. We would highly recommend Joe and his team.
