  We hired Joe to do a kitchen remodel for us and were extremely pleased with the results. Joe is knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. He gave us useful design suggestions based on his expertise. Joe was easily reachable by phone/text, and he returned messages promptly. The rest of his team was excellent in customer service as well. Start to finish, the work took only a few weeks, which minimized the disruption to our schedule/life. We would highly recommend Joe and his team.

  I had the Capitol Design team remodel my kitchen with Bridgewood cabinets in a custom Sherwin Williams color. Joe suggested a contrasting color for the island, plate rack and floating shelves in cherry. I especially love the floating shelves and plate rack design which allow me to display my antique dishware. He helped me pick out appliances in a mixture of black and paneled fronts for the Fisher and Paykel refrigerator and Cove dishwasher. I wanted bird murals that I found online, and his team installed the murals in the middle of a matching white field tile which look fabulous over the stovetop and side counter. The quartz countertops in a calacatta marble blended perfectly with the two cabinet colors. The custom brass hood added a beautiful focal point and provided a powerful exhaust. He also installed custom knobs I had found that matched the bird murals and custom color. Along with the kitchen, they installed a new Pella sliding door, easy to clean walnut, engineered floors and a Tiffany light over the island and kitchen table. Every idea I had was supported and supplemented with more suggestions to help complement my vision. I highly recommend Capitol Design!

  Working with Joe and his team to remodel our entire kitchen was fantastic. His expertise, experience and design insights allowed our ideas to become reality and ultimately a stunning kitchen. His crew were all fantastic, super nice/respectful and all did great workmanship. From start to finish it was a refreshing experience that resulted in an amazing end product. We highly recommend Joe and his team! They're incredible!

  I would recommend Capitol Design without hesitation. Joe has done design work for two churches I have worked for, one a new building and the most recent a remodel. I was deeply impressed with his work on both. I will definitely use Capitol Design for future projects.

I’ve worked with and known Joe for almost 20 years and with an industry as tough as construction and remodeling a patient, steady, and knowledgeable individual is paramount. Joe brings more than 40 years hands-on experience to the table, having experience designing and drawing for all kinds of projects, and making and installing cabinets.
