  This is my second time working with Austin Floor Pros, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They replaced my old carpet with luxury vinyl tile, and the transformation is incredible—my floors look amazing! The installers were punctual, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took great care in the details, and the finished product shows it. What I really appreciate is the consistency—both times I’ve hired them, the quality of service and workmanship has been top-notch. If you’re looking for a flooring company you can trust, I highly recommend Austin Floor Pros. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

  Update 2/1/2025: I just saw the responses from this company to my review and they are quite infuriating as they are false. First of all, the dishwasher WAS removed and reinstalled by this company. So their claim of not being a plumber is just not relevant. Moreover, they uninstalled and reinstalled all toilets so their team can blow up the toilets. Secondly, they never did rectify any of the issues shown in these pictures. Anything they try to rectify would take 3-4 visits and I was over the situation and wanted my home back. This whole transaction still upsets me and I wish I went with my prior contractor and paid a little more. Update 11/28/22: over a year later, I need a new dishwasher and I find old tile partially broken under my dishwasher. How lazy and unprofessional as if I would never see this?! Truly the “gift” that keeps on giving. I’m speechless. See last photo. ——————— Original review: The reason I went with Austin Floor pros is purely because of the reviews. However, I'm a bit disappointed in the workmanship that resulted in my renovation. There were a lot of things that went "wrong" but Brazos “tried” to fix most of them, not all. The scope of our renovation was: new backsplash, all new counters in kitchen and bathrooms, leveling out the pony wall, all new floors for a 2300 square feet home, and removing a wall/door into the office. We were estimated for about one week to get it all done. I had a lot of personal items lined up based on this date. Things that went wrong: 1. The timeline extended from 1 week to 4.5 weeks for various reasons: having to call a plumber and a foundation person, not enough backsplash was ordered, and just slipping timeline daily. 2. We did not redo our baseboards but they were not protected during renovation and I am now currently on my knees fixing them on my days off because I do not want to pay another $2k to get them fixed by somebody else. Brazos tried to make it right by having a cleaner try to clean them off. How do you clean off chunks of grout? Or missing chunks of wood? He legit told me it would’ve cost him extra and eat into profits to protect it 3. I had to hire a handyman to put my faucets back on because Brazos made it clear they do not do any plumbing which I understand but they were able to put the toilets back on because they had to use them?! Pretty sure that’s plumbing. 4. We were surprised with a $2k difference without any warning or justification. 5. Backsplash edging was jagged as shown in pic. We were told this is what happens to shiny finish backsplashes?! Backsplash grout is also extremely uneven and not pleasant. I’ll probably have someone else rip it out in a few years. 6. Missing chunks of cabinet/kick boards 7. We were told the tile would be a waterfall pattern and 1/3 offset. There were areas that did not follow the pattern and the offset was extremely close together. Later we were told that’s not what was said. Overall, I was very disappointed in the experience. Please see present day pics attached. These pics don’t include the things that were fixed within the 4.5 weeks. People were literally coming in and out of the house after we had moved in to fix little things here and there. If more care was taken to protect things that were not within their scope, it would've saved me a lot of pain, time, and made the experience a bit better.

  This couldn’t have been a better experience. Love the work they did, and my bathroom looks 100% different in an amazing way. Communication spot on! Give them a shout!
