  This is my second time working with Austin Floor Pros, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They replaced my old carpet with luxury vinyl tile, and the transformation is incredible—my floors look amazing! The installers were punctual, courteous, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took great care in the details, and the finished product shows it. What I really appreciate is the consistency—both times I’ve hired them, the quality of service and workmanship has been top-notch. If you’re looking for a flooring company you can trust, I highly recommend Austin Floor Pros. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

  Austin Floor Pros completed a job for us on 6/19/25. After discussing the project, Ray, the owner, promptly sent a detailed estimate. His crew arrived at the house as promised and finished the work when promised. The crew covered light fixtures and taped off areas to contain the dust. They also had to remove curtains, a trundle bed, and the bathroom door to complete the work. The crew rehung the door and curtains and moved the trundle bed back into place. The floor looks fabulous, and we could not be more pleased with the work. Ray and his crew, Danny and Josue, were a pleasure to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  RECORD EVERYTHING! I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company document everything meticulously. Take photos of every phase. Manage every moment of the entire project closely. Record all phone calls and save every text and email. Question every line item on his bid and document the answers I had LVP flooring installed in my new home by Ray Cotti and his company in October 2024, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The flooring material was defective, and the installation was poorly executed, all confirmed by a third-party inspection and Ray's own recorded admission of responsibility, some of which he said he did not report to the manufacturer saying he would cover the cost since it was his fault. The distributor issued a warranty check to Ray to replace the flooring based on the claim he filed on my behalf. I was not permitted to file one myself. The full warranty payment amount was to cover all flooring material and part of the labor. In a recorded phone conversation, Ray offered to give me the warranty money in full if I chose to hire another company to rectify his mistakes. However, after receiving the check, he denied ever making that offer and has now decided that I am entitled only to the amount I paid him to install the defective flooring that was poorly installed. Why the change of heart? He will not disclose what he plans to do with the remaining funds if I decide to hire another company, which is what he initially offered. It seems he feels entitled to part of the funds and is coercing me to use him to resolve the issues. Most importantly, the installation mistakes along with the initial and subsequent plans to repair the damage have deeply shaken my confidence in his company. I doubt that he can fix the main installation error (cement applied directly to my foundation and the grinding required to now remove it) without causing more damage to my home. As a result, I have no choice but to hire a lawyer to pursue legal action against him. Fortunately, I have all the evidence I need to support my case. This has been a total disaster.
