Going off of several recommendations on the Steiner Ranch FB page, I made a late night call to AC Superheroes. Thankfully, Lucas and team were at my house the next morning and were able to triage the issue and give me several options. Preparing to move to a new home next year, I opted to replace both units (one unit failed, other had a slow leak). Extremely competitive and fair pricing and the team moved mountains resolve the issue as soon as possible and to make sure my family was cool and comfortable. What started as a potential disaster for the wedding was quickly resolved without concern. From the amazing communication and responsiveness to the excellent pricing and service, AC Superheroes has my business as long as I'm living in Austin. I'd give six stars if it were an option.

First quarter service went well, second quarter service date fell on a date with bad weather (heavy rain and such), when the guy showed up, I told him to consider the service is done as I dont expect him to work outside in the rain. Third quarter service date fell on the week when we are on vacation. Sent them a text and an email - A WEEK BEFORE WE LEFT - asking for rescheduling for that reason. No reply from them but I assumed they get the message that we are not around and reschedule later. While we are on vacation, I get a text that the service tech is on the way; reply to the text that we are not around - again no reply from them. Next thing I know they chalked this off as service is complete even though we are not even round and they cannot get inside the place. So essentially, I paid for 3 quarters and only get ONE service performed. No follow up and no make-up service ever get offered from them. Utterly disappointing service.
