They were professional throughout the whole process and even offered to help with documentation for our HOA. From the initial contact from Keith, 2 days after the tornado hit our city of Temple, Tx till the very end, it was a very smooth transition. The communication was always good, questions were answered directly from the owner/ manager of the company. We had our roof installed in a very good time frame, adjuster had provided the condition of our roof and the need to have it replaced asap. They have a great team of workers that are very respectful and efficient, additional work that was needed inside our home was also done in a timely manner.
