He explained all of our problems, recommended many possible solutions, and immediately went to work on our choice. He was always ready for questions and did not hesitate to explain his processes, his thoughts, and the work he was doing. I highly recommend A1 if all of their technicians are as affable and competent as Chris.

He then went the extra mile to ensure it was operating safely, despite pushback from my landlord, when he saw that we had kids living in the house. I’ve never seen anyone as passionate about their work, nor as caring and friendly. I’ve never felt the need to leave a google review, until Stephen. Best service I’ve ever received across any field.

Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain everything, he provided me options on every recommendation that came out of his tune up and safety inspection. No pressure, just plain old education and customer service which was a breath of fresh air. In the end, I got new quality rollers, two new springs with a lifetime warranty and a new quality bracket that was needed. Rodrigo was very knowledge, friendly and took his time to do a quality job and ensure everything was done right. If you want peace of mind that you have a safe garage door that will open every time then call A1. Thank you A1 and Rodrigo! My peace of mind is restored.

Not only was it clear he knew what he was doing, he was happy to take time and explain things when i asked, give me all the options, and give very reasonable and transparent advice on what he would recommend (all without any pressure to upsell). He even was willing to help prioritize what needed the most attention and what I could probably get away with keeping (he also made sure to point out where there were safety concerns that i should NOT ignore). Because he took his time to walk me through every part and show me the wear, I ended up replacing a lot more than I had planned but I'm very glad I did! Zero regrets. He's an extremely friendly person and made sure nothing was rushed. Its really obvious he takes pride in his work which is unfortunately rare in my experience. Would (and will) happily recommend his work to anyone I know needing garage door work done. Price was fair. For how much I had replaced and for how thorough and intentional Braiden was on the inspection and installation, I got my money's worth!
