  We are totally, utterly delighted with our new floors and baseboards. Katrina Scott gave great advise and was incredibly patient as we tried to finalize our choice of flooring. Your contractors - especially Oscar - did a wonderful job, giving new life to our 1985 home in Wells Branch. I look at the floors constantly, thinking “Why didn’t we do this before?” Anyway, I wanted to thank you personally for the quality work that Austin Fine Floor did for us. We are happy campers!

  We first used Austin Fine Floors 9 years ago. We used them again this month because their Fabrica carpets are very high quality (construction, durability, feel, ease of cleaning, designs, colors) and their installation team does excellent work (seams don’t show, cut to just the right size, pulled tight, edges tucked in, stairs are beautifully done). Benito and Steve were the installers. Very experienced and have been with AFF a long time. Ryan knows flooring! Our new carpeting looks and feels even better than we expected. And the 9-yr old carpet is holding up well.

  When my wife and I bought our home in Circle C ten years ago the one thing we wanted to do before moving in was to replace the cheap-looking carpet installed throughout the second floor. But, the timing didn’t work out and we had to move in right away. Fast forward a decade later and it was time to pull the trigger on replacing all the second floor carpet with wood flooring. But where to go and what to select? We looked high and low, from big boxes to smaller niche flooring stores for what seemed like was ages until one day we noticed a flooring store in our own neighborhood, Austin Fine Floors in Arbor Trails shopping center. Just what we were looking for: a great selection of quality flooring choices and, after doing more research, a track record of professional installation. Our entire second floor is now maple wood flooring made by Mirage—absolutely beautiful! I’m a detail person and even the baseboard installation/ painting is beautiful—expertly done! It’s like a new house now. A smooth process, professionalism, reasonable pricing and quality everything—we are happy campers!

  Just terrible service. Had them out to quote me in October of 2016. Still waiting. I continue to call and ask and I get the I'll call you back. Still waiting. Do NOT do business with these folks. Tired of it!

  I couldn't be happier with Austin Fine Floors! We had hardwoods recently installed, while we were away on vacation, and Ryan and team did a fantastic job! They are absolutely gorgeous, they finished the job under our small timeframe and even cleaned leaving our home spotless and perfect for when we got back in town. I would recommend Austin Fine Floors to anyone and everyone I know! Super friendly customer service, trustworthy and amazed at the final result. Thank you Austin Fine Floors!
