  We had such a great experience with Austin Fine Floors. They completely transformed our home - from helping us choose and install beautiful, wide-plank wood floors and repainting the entire house. The difference is honestly huge, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Their team was friendly, easy to work with, and super respectful of our home the whole time. The process felt smooth from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend Austin Fine Floors!

  I’ve worked with Austin Fine Floors three times since 2019, to upgrade all the flooring in my home. Thanks to Ryan, Maritza, and Benito, each project was completed quickly and with great quality. I’ve been completely satisfied every time and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch flooring and great service.

  We have used Austin Fine Floors three times in three different houses (ours, our daughter’s and my mom’s) over the years, most recently in May 2025. They have done both floors and carpet for us. They were very easy (and patient) to work with and did an excellent job on all three projects. The first time we used them, they had to figure out a match for the floor we already had (we wanted to convert an adjoining room from carpet to flooring) - the project came out great and you’d never know the floors were from two separate time periods and batches. Great job all around. Will definitely use them again if/when the need arises.

  We had Austin Fine Floors do multiple custom-sized rugs for our new home and are so pleased with the service and products! Maritza was very helpful and got us quotes and samples quickly. The delivery and installation team was courteous and made sure our furniture was moved with care. Ryan checked in multiple times to make sure everything went smoothly. We will be using Austin Fine Floors for additional custom rugs after such a great experience!

  I had AFF South install ~1400 sqft of hardwood flooring + baseboards in April '22. I spoke with 5+ different flooring companies and went with AFF South because they were able to quickly find the product I was looking for when other companies weren't able to. Product variation was one of my main concerns and they ordered a full box so I could get a better sense of exactly what to expect. Victor was the TL of the install crew. The installation went smoothly, starting and finishing exactly on schedule and on budget. The bid that I originally received represented exactly what I paid, so it was refreshing that there was no price creep. I would use this company again for future projects.
